Stock Image License Agreement:
SnapShotsWest.com dba content-smith LLC (the Licensor) grants you (the Licensee) the non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable use of the image named in the licensee’s Request Email in perpetuity and for the purpose of usage stated in that same Request Email.
SnapShotsWest.com retains all copyrights attached to this image as well as any other rights which may not be detailed in this agreement.
This image cannot be resold or redistributed in any way or form and cannot be used in conjunction with or related to anything illegal or unethical.
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless SnapShotsWest.com against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Payment of the License Fee for this image is the Licensee’s acknowledgement of and agreement with the Terms and Conditions of this License Agreement.
